| Situated
in the center of the soil of "Côtes de Bourg", the
Cellar Bourg-Tauriac proposes ITS SELECTION of Wines AOC "Côtes
de Bourg", which by their balance offer at any age a great
personality. Grape varieties like Merlot and Cabernet draw from this generous soil, offering them ideal conditions for their blooming. They become elegant wines, with a tempting purple dress. Aging in oak barrels will reveal the subtle complexity of their bouquet, at the same time powerful and refined. Marry them with white meat, game and red meats. They reveal a strong character on our regional specialties such as boletus, lamprey and the roasted rib steak. |
